We have a 3 year limited manufacturer's warranty on our inflatable paddle boards from the date of purchase. This excludes stand up paddle boarding accessories if you purchased the inflatable board package (i.e. paddle and pump). The 3 year warranty covers any abnormal defect in workmanship or materials that occurs within the warranty period. This does not include normal wear and tear or any issues that arise due to negligence. Negligence may include, but is not limited to, damage due to prolonged sun exposure, damage or breakage due to occurrences outside of our control, damage due to improper inflation (say you use a high-pressure air compressor to rapidly inflate your inflatable paddle board, which can cause damage), or damage due to salt water corrosion. In the event an issue covered under our inflatable paddle boards warranty occurs, we reserve the right to either have the product repaired or send an equivalent replacement product at no cost to you.
All paddleboards are covered by our 30-day guarantee - from the date of purchase, you can return your product if you are not satisfied for any reason, in un-used condition. After inspection and confirm that the product is not damaged by human causes, we will issue a full refund.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your invoice.
All original package contents must be included with the return, any missing items will delay the refund process.
If the returned package has human caused damage or is missing original accessories, we will deduct the cost based on the value of the item.
*Limit one return within 180 days from the original purchase date per customer.
